  我中心与以上SCI或EI 期刊出版已达成协议，本次征稿我中心将录用优秀论文。 本次征稿为期刊直接征稿，期刊正刊发表出版时间为本中心提交至期刊社1-3个月左右(具体时间由出版社决定），送检SCI/EI由期刊社负责。
  本中心仅接收该领域最新成果，拒绝 低水平重复、无创新、已发表、一稿多投的论文。一经发现作者学术不端行为，本中心将其列入黑名单，并将视情况通知其所在单位和相关出版机构。
