2017 International Conference on Civil Engineering and Environmental Science (ICEES 2017) will be held on Dec.17-18 in Wuhan, China. The aim of ICEES 2017 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Civil Engineering and Environmental Science. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. All accepted papers will be submitted to SCIE and EI Journals

ICEES 2017会务组提交的论文将由每个主题的专家进行同行评审，录用的所有文章将由会务组直接推荐到EI、SCI期刊发表，EI检索类型为JA的期刊源，并由期刊社提交送检至EI、SCI收录。（在杂志上发表的文章不体现任何会议信息）
提醒：每本期刊经过ICEES 2017会务组相关专家认真审核，严格控制期刊质量和文章质量，保障期刊的稳定性。

Submit papers：
Authors are invited to submit full papers, papers in English. Any non-English Words are prohibited in English papers. All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation. Your submission must not have been and will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before our review notification. Please prepares your paper using the 1-column format. Regular papers are allowed to 8 pages. More information can be found on the Registration form, where the payment for these would be made. Your paper can be submitted in MS Word DOC. All papers will be reviewed by an international technical committee.

文章篇幅控制在7页以上; 文章撰写语言为英语；文章必须有较好的英语表达水平，有图，有表有数据或设计，有算法（方案，模型），实验，仿真等。拒绝抄袭，机械性的论文。文章内容重复率不能超过20%，论文务必保证原创性，图标、公式、引文等要素齐备，已发表或引用过度的文章将不会被出版和检索。参考文献控制15个以上，参考文献引用控制在近5年以内；图表分辨率必须达到 300 dpi；

Notice:
ICEES 2017 has 60-70 reviewers, which continue to increase. To ensure the quality of the papers, the received papers will submit to rigorous peer review.
Here are the basic requirements for the paper:
1. Only English Manuscript is acceptable.
2. The paper need to be innovative.
3. Plagiarism is prohibited. Please submit only the up-to-date and original work, not previously published or copyrighted. Prospective authors are expected to submit only their own original works. Submitted works will be compared to over 20 million articles in databases worldwide. Manuscripts that violate publication principles will be rejected. Moreover, if the violation is deemed to be severe, the related disciplinary actions will be taken by publisher.
4. The paper should no less than 7 pages.
5. The draft version of paper must be submitted for review before the due submission deadline.

Advanced Science and Engineering Technology Institute (ASET) is in cooperation with the ei journals , an international journal indexed by EI Compendex (JA) .The article must be original with the author(s) and does not infringe any copyright or violate any other right of any third parties, and that the Article has not been published elsewhere, and is not being considered for publication elsewhere in any form.The review result will be sent out in 10 days. Advanced Science and Engineering Technology Institute (ASET) is an independent and non-profit information service website, which aims at providing a forum for engineers and scientists in academia, university and industry to present their latest research findings in any aspects of advanced science and engineering technology. As a recommendation center, Indexing things are out of our control. We have no power to affect anything for a published paper being indexed, and we have never promised anything about it to our authors. According to our experience, it is very normal for a published paper to be included into the Compendex’s database after 2-9 months.
